Delivery distance is measured from SnapSeat’s Leander service base. Setup beyond the listed scope and other additions require a written quote. The photo booth includes an attendant, standard digital event template and digital sharing; onsite printing is not currently included. Applicable photo booth travel and event-specific charges are handled separately.

2. Reservation and payment

A 50% booking payment is required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance is due seven calendar days before the event. Bookings made within seven days require full payment at booking. A booking is confirmed only after SnapSeat accepts the order and receives the required payment. No additional card charges for damage or other post-event amounts will be made without a separate applicable authorization; such amounts are invoiced with supporting details.

3. Cancellation, rescheduling and weather

Customer cancellation 14 or more days before the event: amounts paid refunded less a $25 cancellation/administration fee. Cancellation 7-13 days before: booking payment is nonrefundable but may be applied once as credit to an event within six months, subject to availability. Cancellation 3-6 days before: no cash refund; 50% of amounts paid may be applied once as credit to an event within six months. Cancellation within 48 hours or no-show: no refund or credit. For clarity, cancellation exactly two days before the event but more than 48 hours before start falls in the 3-6-day tier.

A rescheduled event must occur within six months of the original date and is subject to availability. Added services or price increases are payable by the customer; unused credit is not redeemable for cash. Ordinary rain follows the cancellation policy. If a government-issued severe-weather warning, mandatory evacuation, venue closure or comparable condition makes delivery or setup reasonably unsafe, SnapSeat may offer a one-time credit of 100% of amounts paid toward an event within six months. If SnapSeat cancels and cannot provide the contracted service, it will refund amounts paid for the affected service.

4. Delivery, access and pickup

Standard delivery is drop-off at a safe, accessible agreed location, not arrangement or decoration. Customer must secure site permission, provide accurate access information and have an authorized contact available. Locked gates, unreported stairs, inaccessible pickup, or additional trips may lead to reasonable charges disclosed and itemized to the customer. Unless setup/breakdown is purchased, customer will fold and group equipment at the agreed pickup location. Additional rental time or trips require SnapSeat approval and may be charged as quoted.

5. Rental period and extensions

Standard equipment rentals cover one event day, generally up to 24 hours, with the delivery and collection windows specified in the accepted order. A Saturday event may have Sunday pickup as agreed. A multi-day or weekend rental must be approved in writing before booking. Each additional rental day costs 50% of the equipment rental subtotal (excluding delivery, setup, photo booth, taxes and other fees), subject to availability. An extension is not automatic; the customer must request and receive written approval. If SnapSeat elects to collect later solely because of its own scheduling, no extra rental-day fee applies. Customer-caused failure to provide access or return items at the agreed time may result in reasonable, disclosed additional-trip or extension charges. Photo booth service is limited to the separately booked consecutive service hours.

6. Condition, use and linens

SnapSeat may photograph and count items at delivery and collection. Customer should promptly report discrepancies or preexisting visible damage before use. Customer is responsible for reasonable care from delivery until collection, except for loss or damage caused by SnapSeat. Use items only as intended; do not paint, drill, staple, cut, or alter them. Protect items from unsafe weather, theft and misuse. Return linens free of food debris and dry; do not use bleach or harsh stain treatments. Normal wear and ordinary washable stains are not charged.

7. Damage, missing items and additional charges

For loss, excessive soiling or damage attributable to customer or guests, SnapSeat may charge reasonable documented cleaning, repair or replacement costs, not exceeding the applicable agreed replacement amount for a fully lost or destroyed listed item. Repairable damage is charged at reasonable repair cost, not automatically full replacement. SnapSeat will provide an itemized written notice with available photographs and supporting costs within five business days after collection. Customer may raise a good-faith dispute before payment of a disputed additional invoice.

ItemReplacement charge if missing / beyond repair
White folding chair$15 each
6-ft rectangular table$45 each
White polyester tablecloth$15 each
Photo booth / iPad / accessoriesReasonable documented repair or like-for-like replacement cost

The listed amounts are agreed proposed replacement values; SnapSeat should confirm that they remain consistent with actual comparable replacement costs before first customer use. No charge applies for ordinary wear or damage caused by SnapSeat.

8. Photo booth service and guest privacy

Customer will provide a safe, level, reasonably sheltered operating area, suitable power when required, and any venue permissions. Guest misuse or unauthorized movement of equipment may result in documented charges attributable to the customer or guests. Internet-dependent sharing can be delayed by venue connectivity; available files may be provided afterward. SnapSeat will make reasonable efforts to remedy technical interruption; for substantial interruption attributable to SnapSeat, the parties will arrange a reasonable extension where feasible or a proportionate refund of the affected service. Additional consecutive photo booth time is $100 per hour, subject to availability and SnapSeat Rentals approval. Additional hours extend the scheduled end time and must be added to the booking before the event unless otherwise approved by SnapSeat Rentals. Customer- or venue-caused delays do not automatically extend the booked service period.

SnapSeat will not publish identifiable guest images for marketing without appropriate permission. Guests should be informed of photo capture and digital sharing. Any separately agreed gallery retention or deletion period should be stated on the booking order.

9. Responsibility and limitations

Each party remains responsible for its own acts and omissions. Customer will supervise guests and minors appropriately and comply with venue rules. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Acceptance

The signed order, this agreement, and any mutually approved written addendum constitute the booking terms. Customer acknowledges receiving the pricing, cancellation schedule, equipment-care and replacement schedule before payment. Changes must be agreed in writing. Electronic signatures and electronic acceptance may be used.
